“It would have been a 5 Star but this is the first time I received my damage vehicle that it wasn’t washed on the outside. I can completely understand on the inside because I left personal property inside the vehicle that I didn’t want touched. The damage of the vehicle was repaired perfectly like it never happened. And I was notified every step of the way so 5 stars for that. But in total 4 stars my vehicle wasn’t washed upon pick up time.”

“I had my transmission rebuilt here 8-9 years ago, a 2004 Ford Explorer v8 4.6 limited. My transmission went out right before 70,000 miles, I’ve put over 200,000 more on it since they rebuilt it. I haven’t had a single issue with it through the years and it’s still going strong. I’ve only left a couple of reviews in my lifetime but I feel their work deserves one.Service: Transmission”

“I've been going to this Pep Boys for years. Not sure that I've ever really had a bad experience. At times communication has been poor, but I didn't have that issue this time around.I went Saturday morning at 8 am for new brakes. I was greated by Loren (I hope that's his name). He was very friendly and helpful. Let me know of a special they were running on oil changed. Perfect because I was due and the sales price was much less than I would have paid at my usual place.When you go to Pep boys, you need to be prepared that you ARE likely to have a fairly long wait. People drop their cars off over night so just because it doesn't look busy doesn't mean you are the only customer. I talked with him about how long the process would take as I had an appointment. Luckily I had planned on long wait and found a ride.I was a little annoyed that my appointment was at 8 and service didn't arrive until almost 9. Things happens, people run late. I was prepared.By the time my appointment was finished so was my vehicle. He applied all available coupons to the services I received knocking off over $100 off of the total.Also the new waiting area is much more comfortable than is was sitting in the middle of a store.”

“Repeat client. Great prices and fast repairs. They found another repair and called me to see if I wanted it done and since it was my brake pads I said yes. I've found over the years that Mechanics can get frustrated when being barraged with questions in a negative tone that its best to befriend them and treat them kindly. I've never had an issue at Fleet and all people should be treated as you want to be treated NICE! Speaking from a Mom who's Daughter was an auto mechanic who was not treated well by her fellow employees!! Sad.”

“What a neighborhood gem!! I have been having a hard time finding a reputable mechanic who is willing to work on our lifted jeep. No one ever wants to deal with the big tires and suspension ect. This team lead by the owner him self did not hesitate to help when a few weeks before Christmas our jeep had a clutch issue. The fellas knocked out the repair in one day. The owner, Warren, was very professional, kind, and transparent about the issue and cost of repair. I don't hesitate to give my money to hard working honest folks who perform quality work. It is also always a good feeling to be able to support local business! We will most definitely be returning to this shop for our auto needs! Thank you Warren and crew.”
