“I love going to the Painted Tree Boutique. I usually go to the one in Franklin but tried this one out today. There were several more empty booths/poorly stocked booths compared to the Franklin store. You can tell that they host alot of the same vendors though, 80% of the items at this store are available at the Franklin store as well. There are booths for: clothes, jewelry, purses, shoes, plants, nuts, honey, teas, soup & dip starters, BBQ spices, paint, bed sheets, decor, freeze dried candy, children's toys, skincare, dog treats and accessories, vintage collectibles, comics and action figures, crystals, etc, etc. Unfortunately, like most boutique stores - the clothing is usually only size Small or Medium. Usually you don't have to interact with anyone except the cashier at this type of place but there were several of the booth owners AT their booths. I understand they have to stock and mark prices and such but one man just made me uncomfortable pushing me to buy stuff from his booth.”

“Went into shop on S. Rutherford location 4/6/23 early afternoon looking for a couple of items. Found good sales but the salesperson was especially helpful. I hate it I forgot to get her name. “I have never been in Torrid until I stepped in with my daughter. She loves this place. It took me about 5 seconds to see why. It is a super clean women's clothing store. They offer trendy outerwear for sizes 10 - plus size, and they have accessories.Staff was not super friendly, at all. We were not greeted when we walked in. Store employee was working at the door closing clothes. That was disheartening.I would visit a Torrid again to shop their clothing.”

“My daughter and I love to come here. The staff is always, ALWAYS, so kind and helpful. We had a really good experience with Meredith. It was about 30 minutes before closing time and we rushed in because of one particular skirt that my girl had been eyeing online. We were in the area so we decided to try our luck. Meredith was so helpful and cheerful. She walked us through a specific sale where tops were $4.98, but there were sweaters and dresses on the clearance rack as well. She explained the, what I thought was, complex details: tops were $4.98, sweaters weren't considered tops but were also a special price. So, we left with a few tops, sweaters, and the coveted skirt.... all very wonderfully priced! Meredith was so great! Many moons ago, I worked retail and also waited tables, and there was always a collective grumble amongst staff when people came in so late....when you are ready to clean up and close the place down. But Meredith never ever broke her smile or her sunny disposition. As a matter of fact, there were several other customers and she gave us all the same attention. Well done Francesca's! Every time we come in we get the same fabulous customer service. Today, Meredith was so awesome, she paid attention to my girl, and made her feel special. Thank you Meredith!”
