“The best jewelry store I have been to in middle Tennessee. The two guys who work here are knowledgeable, accommodating and know their business! I came in to have two very simple things done with two watches and they jumped right in and within 10 minutes I was out the door. In the short time I was in the store I overheard multiple conversations that impressed me. First my watches- for some reason it's very difficult to find anyone who will just put a battery replacement in and no one wants to take links out unless you purchased your piece there. Apparently liability issues... which is nuts.”

“Christina Evingham was unbelievable and went above my expectations. I was told at a previous store that when my wedding ring broke the warranty on the ring did not cover it. I was fixing another ring and she looked everything up for me and I was told I was misinformed. Not only did she get one ring fixed for me she also did extra work to look up my wedding ring and get it replaced about two years after it broke. I gave up hope after calling corporate and going into the store it was purchased. Customer service in most stores does not exist. She went above and beyond and I am beyond grateful!!!!”
