Staff were excellent. Desk person handled 3 checking in at once, with no issues, and happily. Didn't seemed fazed at all and did it with a smile on his face. This is my go to hotel in the Nashville area.

We stayed here for 3 days and everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean, coffee fresh, and pool was warm. The best part is starting the day with the extraordinary service and smiles of Renee and Wayne at breakfast, which is free but is worth a Michelin star. Great stay and great job, Holiday Inn.
