“Probably the most cleanest IHG property I have staid at! From the lobby , elevator to our room it smelled like fresh lemongrass. Inside the room smelt just as clean. You can tell housekeeping takes pride in their job! The staff was friendly and welcoming. I arrived later in the evening and the young man at the desk was SO helpful and friendly.P.s if you see a staff member by the name of Wayne, don't be startled by his bright Malibu Barbie pants ? he really is that friendly. Oh! And the pool was heated! Overall, it was a great stay! My 11 year old gives this location a 10/10!”
“Recently hosted an event at Hermitage Golf Course to raise awareness and funding for pancreatic cancer research. The staff was incredible!From the very get go working with Ivy, was phenomenal! She is a truly an incredible person to work with. Willing to listen and provide feedback, and help bring your vision to reality.One thing that truly impressed me the most is the fact that the entire staff was asked to wear the “purple ribbons” by Ivy. It was a small gesture that truly touched my heart! Working in the hospitality industry myself, it’s small gestures like that, that people remember.We are thankful to have worked with Ivy and her team and look forward to our event in 2024!”

“This is my new go to place to stay when my kids fly out and fly into Tennessee! Brand new hotel! Clean perfect rooms. Hot showers! Amazing beds! Great customer service! Very nice people!!! Plenty of places nearby to get a bite to eat. Continental breakfast great for heading out with a little meal to start your day. Coffee makers in the rooms are new too so will work well! Very very happy I discovered this spot!! Definitely stay here if you're looking for a budget friendly nights stay!! You will be very pleased!! “I actually did not have any issues with this place. It was quiet and clean. I have been homeless for a month and they always make me feel welcome. I have seen bad reviews for them and i think they want more than they pay for. For the price it is a great place to stay. The employees have been great. I would definitely recommend. It's close to everything also. Two thumbs up for me.”

“Good stay. Sleep inn with a good location. Too expensive for a Sleep Inn though, not sure if I entered town at the wrong time usually Sleep Ins are $ 70 or lower, this one cost me $ 125 + tax. However, not bad stay. If prices drop consider my stays more frequent.Rooms: Neat rooms, quiet hallways, some sleep inns I have stayed, you have to get up to check if your door is open as everything outside is heard like there is no soundproofing. This one was quiet.”

“Got stranded here during a January 2024 snowstorm in Tennessee. Alicia's customer service set the standard for what any hotel staff should strive for. She stayed positive and patient throughout the experience. Many people were dealing with uncertainty and she did a good job remaining calm and helping everyone. I would definitely stay here again!”
