“I had a new engine replaced in my Roush F-150. The turn around was actually pretty quick (about 2 weeks). After picking it up there was an issue with the check engine light and it ended up being a small oversight on a certain kind of spark plugs. We are human and make mistakes….what is important is the way we respond to mistakes. They admitted to it and fixed the problem at no cost me. Can’t ask for anything more. I admit I was nervous about it but they did the right thing. Thanks to Dawton.”
