Lived here for two years and I cannot believe a place like this actually rents to people. Don’t be fooled by the prices, amenities, and how close it is to campus, that’s how they get you. Dirty, unsafe, pest infested, you name it. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT LIVING HERE!

This place is completely disgusting. Do not recommend it is infested with gnats and roaches leasing office is horrible communicators with maintenance or anything you have a problem with. it’s dirty they never pick up trash which leads to more problems with the bugs don’t recommend.

The leasing office staff are very sociable, professional, and understanding. The apartments very affordable and convenient to students as well as non University of Memphis students. I highly recommend the Stratum on Highland.
