“This hidden gem of apartments is a high rise located in the middle of midtown. I always felt safe living here and the AWESOME property manager, Janice, has consistently added and improved on security and amenities such as: automatic gates to access the complex, several security cameras, a security guard that posts up and even walks around every hour or so from nighttime to the early morning, new pool furniture, and improved machines in the gym. Janice does a great job using the rent paid by tenants to reinvest is the safety and adminities. Not to mention, the apartment is in a relatively safe area of memphis. Now for the apartments itself. As soon as you step into the complex your invited with modern and sleek decor and beautiful artwork. The rooms are very very nice with one of the best kitchens I've seen in apartments. The floors are mostly marble in the Kitchen and have islands with nice counter tops. The ceiling are tall and slightly see through in thr kitchen and bedrooms, making the overhead light impressive and different. The bedrooms are carpent and have huge closest. My apartment had two balconies. One huge with a washer and dryer in the balcony closet, and another 1/3 of the size. Lastly, THE MAINTENANCE CREW IS THE BEST IVE EVER SEEN. If you are looking for a safe and sleek apartment near everything to do in memphis, I encourage you to check this place out. You won't be disappointed.”

“We love living at Metro67! The entire team (Ali, Cage, Sam, Bernadette, the security team, etc.) are very friendly and welcoming. Maintenance responds almost immediately to all inquiries. The building is very quiet and there are many spaces available to work or hangout like the vault or the rooftop! The office team also hosts many events throughout the year for their residents which is very thoughtful. The apartments are very spacious although they are downtown and it is very secure! This is the only apartment that we choose to live in memphis and it is truly a gem!”

“My husband and I toured Chisca On Main and were pleasantly surprised at how lovely it was. What a gem this historic building is and the character cannot be beat! We especially liked the convenient location and concierge. There aren’t many places in Memphis that have that big city touch and feel. The staff was especially helpful as we toured the property. Amber was so gracious and friendly and really outlined the whole onboarding process for us. I felt she went above and beyond by making us feel like we were a priority. We will be signing our contract soon!”

Even though I decided last minute not to move here, I still wanted to give this place 5 stars for location, pricing, and such a wonderful management team.The only reason I decided not to move here was I found a location downtown that was closer to work and other spots that I frequently visit. I would recommend Poplar Pines to anyone looking for a place to live. I toured one of the rooms and it was very spacious and updated with new appliances. Overall 5 star experience and if something else had not become available last minute this is the place I would want to be living.”

“I just moved last week and so far it has been a great experience. The move In process was smooth. The office employees are very nice. When I moved there was a problem with my toilet and one of the outlets. I put in a maintenance request and they came the same day and fixed it. Its in a quiet area and the neighbors are friendly. I recommend these apartments it's worth the rent.”

“You can't please everyone. People find things wrong with anything, but these apartments were a Godsend to me. I read the reviews and hesitated on even looking at a unit here when I moved back to Memphis. However, based on my budget and the area it was a good fit so I thought I would give it a try. I grew up in Raleigh area and have good memories. The leasing agent was so nice. He is funny too which made me feel more comfortable. The property manager was professional and explained everything. LET ME TELL YOU.... LOOKS CAN BE DECIVING- THEIR REMODELING IS GORGOUS. My apartment is so cute and I feel like I moved into a brand new apartment. With the prices of apartments and rental houses now, Gardenwood is a blessing to us single moms with kids. I feel safe and I feel like I matter.”

“I'm extremely satisfied with this community, a week ago I left for work on a rainy day and came home to a pool! My entire downstairs was flooded... I didn't know where the flood was coming from until I looked in the pantry and realized the hot water tank had busted. Panicking , I called the office and Melody got right on it !!! When I went outside I saw Chad, one of the maintenance men taking care of the trash at the dumpster. I made him aware of what was going on and with no hesitation he asked if I wanted him to wait till I got back or if I wanted him to take care of it right away ! In this same day there was a dehumidifier set in the house to drain the water out and Chad and Mike installed a brand new hot water heater in the pantry!!! Everything was taking care of the same day with no hesitation. The staff in this community does all they can to make sure everything is taking care of and I forever appreciate them for that. Thank you Highland Chateau and staff .”

I especially liked the central location in downtown - everything can be reached quickly. “Love it. The walls are paper thin tho. I know someone who lives there. Their apt has a pool view, which is cool. They love it. In the summer, right out the back door into the pool. Bar Ware right next door if u want to go out and have a drink but don't want to go far. Really right around everything, including Beale Street. Htatt Centric is across the street. We walk everywhere when I go down there. There is a parking garage across the street and street parking. Good luck with that (street).”
