“I visited Tire Choice on 11/01 after my tire light came on (I’m assuming because of the cold). I didn’t have a tire gauge and I was driving a company vehicle. The gentleman at the desk greeted me and was very nice. I explained my situation and he told me to pull up to the bay and he would check the tire pressure for me. He didn’t have me get out of the car because it was cold. He checked and aired up all of my tires for me and told me I didn’t have pay anything. It was incredibly nice and sweet of him to take care of me and get me back on the road. I regret not getting his name to give a shout-out in this review.”

“I have found my new Mechanic shop. They are efficient and definitely have no plans to overcharge or charge for services not needed. I originally talked to the wife, who was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. When I dropped my car off, I met the husband who, others, had complained about not being very friendly. He was just very serious about his craft. Im ok with that. The wife made up for it with her personality. Besides, I am very pleased with the work he did and not too expensive. I went on to complete my 18 hr. round trip road trip to Houston with no further issues with my car. They even stayed open an extra 30 mins. Until my husband was able to pick my car up.”

“I had long known the fine Pashby family but just recently had the opportunity to bring a real problematic older car in to the shop. A car that had sat too long and had multiple issues.I found them to communicate well, assure that each step of the extensive needed work was approved, and they ultimately took care of everything. I know that Jason would be proud of how Candice has carried on the business after his untimely departure to Heaven. I think that ladies might well be nervous about bringing cars into shops sometimes, but they might feel better if they knew a wonderful lady owns and runs this one? They also loved on my dog, CrashtheLawDog. Anyway, I brought them a big problem and they came through for me. Now that restored car is going off to become a missionary kid’s very first car. “Second time I have come here within a year due to those pesky nails around Memphis that my car seems to love to hit, and once again, it's been a lovely experience. Stevie helped me last time and she is without a doubt one of the nicest most genuine people I have ever met. She's great to talk to and helped the time sitting in the main area go by so fast, which by the way wasn't a long time at all because they got my car in and out very quickly. “It was just what you get when you go to get an oil change. New techs left shop items on seat, floor mat, around steering wheel. He should have taken those out of my vehicle before he turned it back over to me. Also , didn't rotate my tires.”

“Gateway open up at 7:30 I was there at 6:15 second person in line this is the gateway on Covington Pike. It was about six people behind me, I no businesses get behind but every one that was up there for their services has left, if they was backed up do you think they should have let me know then... So that I can make a decision whether to leave my truck or not. It would have been nice .....haven't heard anything this is really sad, it's 2:30 they close at 5:30 u tell me that they won't even get a chance to look at or call me to let me no something it tell me what's the problem it's obvious that they won't be able to fix it today.... Oh this is my second time in the last 2 weeks going up there for something they didn't fix..... So customer don't be surprised to here about the bad service that you are capable of receiving at gateway”
