No way to contact the store about missing items from online pick up orders. This has happened more then once and never an answer in any department at Kroger at 7042 Winchester Rd. In Memphis, TN. I’ve just written off items I was charged and paid for and shows it was in my order. You would be better off shopping somewhere...
