“This was our favorite room so far on a month-long trip. Very comfortable, clean room. The AC is quiet and walls are thick which made for a peaceful night's sleep. Friendly and accommodating staff. We checked out but they held onto our luggage until we were ready to leave so we could get brunch. 10 minute walk from Beale Street or you can take the trolley. Directly across the street from the National Civil Rights Museum. Valet is $32/night and they took good care of us. The app for valet wasn't reliable but we had no issue going down and getting our car.”

“My wife wanted to see the famous Peabody ducks. We went for the parade. They do a great job for this event. It's a great time. The ducks even stop and give you photo ops. It's funny.”

“Our stay at Canopy was 5 Star plus. The location is incredible, walking distance to everything. The rooms were fantastic, good amount of room, nicely appointed and super clean. But what set this hotel apart was the team at Canopy. From helping us with an incredibly late check in, to making amazing recommendations for food and things to see, to just saying hello and being incredibly friendly, this made our hotel stay the most memorable. If you are headed to Memphis, this is THE place to stay. Shout out to Jordan, Eboni and Octavia for showing us what Southern hospitality really means.Walkability: We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see, outside of Graceland. Downtown Memphis is incredible.”

“This Hilton has very friendly staff and clean rooms. They also had nice bar area and well equipped gym. Bishop, their restaurant was excellent. No need to step outside when you can get good food within the hotel. It was very quiet inside but they always had good music playing throughout the lobby and bar area. Highly Recommend!”

“Jared was the highlight of my trip! Each time I walked in the doors he greeted me with a huge smile. He was so kind and helpful. Jared's efforts were a masterclass on how to effectively connect with guests.I can't think of her name but the woman that checked me in on Monday morning, 11/13/23 was also so kind during my time there. So grateful for each of them and their warm hospitality.Room is fine for what you might need. I wish they had put less space in the living room and more in the bathroom but that's not something they can fix. Lol!Decently clean, small fridge, ok feeling beds. Just enough for a few days on business.I would return. Overall good stay.”

“This is a GREAT location. Service was WONDERFUL. We were able to check in early which was shocking but I was happy. The young lady that was at the front desk on 2/10 round early noon and I hate I might be spelling her name wrong, but Mauri was kind and courteous. The one-day stay was pleasant. I will be returning soon to this location.”

“I love the fact that the coffee pot was clean, they leave you coffee tea with plenty of creamer and sugar, you have more than enough cooking supplies plenty of salt and pepper, a pitcher inside the refrigerator for you to use and they leave you a bag of microwave popcorn!!! Definitely a nice clean place to stay.”

“It's been a few years, but we still talk about how paper-thin the walls were here. At one point, the person in the room next to us pulled the curtain back, and I thought someone had done it in our room. We might as well have been sleeping next to them.”

“This hotel is in a great location. It is across the street from the FedEx Forum and around the corner from Beale Street. Our room looked on to Beale, but music never bothered us. The only negative I had was one elevator was not working and the hotel was packed. It was hard to get up or down floors.Walkability: It is really walkable to a lot of activities downtown. It is also close to a trolley station, less than a five minute walk.”

“The staff was quite friendly and welcoming to us and quickly checked us in, giving us two water bottles since we are Bonvoy members. Our suite was spacious and decently clean. The bathroom had an odd layout, and the lighting above the mirror and sink was quite dim, making it hard to see while shaving or putting on makeup. I did not care for the mattress, which was near the point of needing replacement. The bedding was rather old as well. My husband could not get the AC cool enough for his comfort level, and we were disappointed that the air generated from the AC unit along the window. That just seems so outdated these days. This hotel and its neighbors must be vigilant in a large downtown area. For example, there was a cop on duty at the breakfast area to ensure security. There were plenty of homeless people around the exterior of the hotel, although they didn't seem to bother anyone. There was good lighting in the exterior as well.We did not use the bar nor the valet, so I have no comments on that. We did use Uber quite a bit with no issues.Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.”

“This was a great location for me to attend an annual conference. It served its purpose: clean rooms, friendly staff, food options nearby and quiet! My room was clean and I had a great view of the city. There is a cute rooftop bar to relax alongside a fantastic view of the Great Mississippi River. The staff are extremely friendly; shout out to Annie, Mariah, Mr. Terry and I cannot recall the other young lady's name who works with Annie. There are a number of eating places, historic sites and little shops nearby. Beale Street is a five minute walk while Orpheum Theater is a 7 minute walk. Thank you, Hu Hotel and staff!”

“The parking lot door was broken so I couldn't get out and it took me over 30 minutes. It was inconvenient to have a door in the parking lot. I don't know if a door is really necessary. I never want to go to this hotel again.”

“We stayed here and had an overall good time. There were a number of renovations going on. The biggest problem we had was that the TV did not work as expected, there were latency issues and a lot of digital video and audio artifacts. We ultimately had to change rooms as the TV service could not be fixed. Our new room was not yet renovated, but the TV worked well. We love breakfast included and especially waffles with sugar free syrup.”

“Great staff except for the front desk person who seemed annoyed that guests wanted to check in.The hotel itself captures the spirit of the city with its decor. The pool seems like it'd be fun in the summer. The walls are pretty thin but that seems more common nowadays. I'm sure once the renovations are done it'll be an even better stay. Do really appreciate that it has a parking garage too.”

“("Use caution") when approaching the four points Hotel, Turn your signal on at least 1/10 of a mile back, and be the farr left lane At least a half mile before the hotel. On your approach you'll be crossing over and overpass and soon as you are clear the overpassthe left hand on-ramp will be coming on and immediately after that left on you'll need to make a left hand turn into the park and lot, You will only have Two car lengths to slow down to parking lot crawl before you go in the the parking lot.Great hotel, Excellent staff. The only thing I can say negative about this hotel is where it Was built. In between and 8 lane freeway. But with that being said it also provides excellent security because there's only one way in and one way out.Safety: Use extreme caution what entry the parking lot. Coming from a four lane freeway into the parking lot in two car lengths.”

“The rooms are renovated and look great! I stay here whenever I am in Memphis. I live in The Great State of Texas but grew up in Memphis. I will continue to stay at the Memphis Inn EVERY single time I visit my hometown. I, absolutely, recommend the Memphis Inn. Clean, nice, modernShane Aycock”

“This was a fantastic experience. It started with Shenyne, Registrar who really was super nice. Te'a at the front desk was very nice. In the dining room I enjoyed Kayla and Zoey. Tom made the best turkey club sandwiches which I really enjoyed. The men that drove the shuttle were great: Marty, Manuel, Cleo, Mr. Leon, Jermaine. I forgot to get the manager's name that was on duty the morning we had a small minor problem, but she handled it so quick. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.”
