“What a pleasant surprise. Room was inexpensive ($60 1 King Non Smoking). Very clean room and a comfortable bed. My husband is a trucker so we were able to park his truck at the Loves Travel Stop located right behind the Inn. It was a quiet good night’s sleep. We would stay here again. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is the doors in the bathroom should have been cleaned a lot better. But other than that, you would not be disappointed. Oh and the TV was a very nice size.”

“My rm cost $183 per night I got the jacuzzi king sweet and I was not happy. The jacuzzi water was disgusting and mold was everywhere in the water. The morning manager did not even try to compensate me and was very dismissive. The jacuzzi was the reason for purchase and ants were everywhere around the hot tub. I took pics and wish I could show. The shower curtain was weird also. It didn’t keep any water from getting in floor. I had to purchase Clorox spray to clean out hot tub and bath tub cause they were not clean. “This place is good for a one night stayed. It’s very simple but at least it has hot water for shower and the bed is comfortable. We used Priceline to book but was told the hotel don’t allow a third party to charge because of issues in the past. So No need to book through a third party. We stayed for 1 night and got up early to get back on the road.”

“We did remote checkin and got the digital key. The room was spacious and nice. But they had a terribly stained chair, the room was missing a tv remote. The hair dryer was extremely dirty to even hold in your hands. How can a reputed hotel such bad housekeeping. The rooms walls were paper thin. We had neighbors blasting the volume on their television at midnight and had to call the front desk about it. They have a nice play area in the lobby for littles . The breakfast was decent. Their housekeeping service leaves a lot to be desired.”

“Had a very nice stay at the Ramada in West Memphis. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was really good. Room is very clean and tidy.....the price was less then a $100 a night... perfect room to get when trying to save money to spend down on beale street. Only 13 minutes from downtown Memphis. This hotel should be at least 4 star in my opinion.”

“First time I came to this hotel it was almost 5 years ago.. at that time I hated the stay..beds, bad smell in the room, etc. but today with the new management I can see the improvement and my stay was way better than my last time… the only downer was the breakfast I think it can be better but I’m pretty sure it will get better with time. Good job new management and please keep improving DO NOT fall into the “this is good enough service” go the extra mile always! I’ll love to see you guys next time with a better continental breakfast (if possible). Thank you for making it better.”
