The room entrance was very hard to open / close. The customer was good as well as the location.

This location is my usual spot when traveling to Memphis for business. Attentive, friendly staff. Clean rooms. Decent breakfast. The wifi could be a bit better but given the alternatives I'll choose this Holiday Inn every time.

Service was good, friendly people. But seriously, you have a rack for bath towels...in the shower!? I kept moving them elsewhere.
