I recently had the unfortunate experience of my fully paid-off truck getting rear-ended and totaled. Navigating through the aftermath, particularly with my insurance company, State Farm, was incredibly stressful. They were not offering me what I deserved for my vehicle. However, Jeff Webb at Memphis Collision Shop turned this challenging situation into a more manageable experience.
Jeff went above and beyond at every turn. He took the time to thoroughly explain all the different variables at play to ensure I achieved the best possible outcome. His expertise and patience were invaluable during this difficult time.
My truck had several aftermarket parts installed, and Jeff personally assisted in transferring these to my new vehicle. He advised me throughout the process, ensuring I was not at a loss in any way. What truly amazed me was Jeff's willingness to go beyond his job duties. He even operated a forklift to move my aftermarket camper topper to my new truck.
I was completely shocked when Jeff told me I didn’t owe him a penny for his extra efforts, only asking for a good review on Google for his business. “Maaco is a nationwide chain, but at this location the attention to detail and customer concerns felt more like an independent shop. Staff carefully explained the different levels of paint work available for my 16 year old Toyota Corolla, the 5-year warranty for their two-step clear coat process, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me figure out how best to care for the new finish given my particular circumstances. Oh, and the paint job? First-rate!”
“OKAY it’s TODD for the win! My final review about this place after having been frustrated as a mom and voicing my opinion about my daughter’s experience. Let me do say that regardless of the experience at first, there was never any unprofessional behavior towards my daughter regarding the services received or not received. TODD has been extremely responsive and has done an exceptional job at getting my daughter’s vehicle taken care of so much so that he made sure to offer her other services if need be and kindly made sure she was able to get back and forth to work until the job was completed. Just as I thought when I saw the original 4.7 stars about this place the work has been completed as originally planned. My daughter will be back to have further work done outside of the original plan and will likely recommend this place. It was shocking to see that real customer service does still exist even when things don’t go as planned as we are all human. I came in today to get my car buffed after a horrible overspray paint spray job and I came here and it took them an hour or two to fix it and they got rid of the terrible overspray and the rough texture of the car and satisfied me. Although, it was expensive to get my car buffed. Overall I picked up my car happy and would come here again.”
