“I have a peterbilt 579. My truck has had issues with the dpf system. I took it to the Dobbs dealership in Shreveport, La. On 3 different occasions for the same issues. I was very pissed, frustrated, and tried of dealing with Dobbs based off the performance of Dobbs in Shreveport La. I was convinced to take my truck to Dobbs in West Memphis Ar. Upon arrival Andrew, Will, Christian and Tyler talked with me about my issues I was having. Then they proceeded to pull up what Shreveport, La did to my truck. This level of professionalism of above and beyond should be appreciated and pointed out.
