A man who was helping me after we discovered my antifreeze lines were disconnected by the debris called Cliff Carters towing service for me. He said he trusted them and I can see why. They were so amazing with a quick response and delivery to a local Autobody shop. He totally took care of me and my vehicle and made sure I was safe and in good hands before going on with his day. “Was traveling to see my girlfriend who recently moved to West Memphis when my car decided the trip was over. As soon as I got to her job and turned my car off it didn’t want to turn back on. Someone suggested I go to German Auto Tech because I drive a Jaguar. I so happy I came here!!! The whole staff went above and beyond with each customer that walked through the door. Although they were busy (as a top notch customer service place should) they made sure to keep a level head and accommodate everyone as best as possible. I was able to get in and out even though they had to order the part I needed. I’m so used to dropping my car off and waiting several days just to get an update but not German Auto Tech. If you’re anywhere around West Memphis I highly recommend this place.”

“We had ablowout traveling with arideshare groub halfway between Tennessee and Texas and the spare was splitting where the tread Sean's to the sidewall.. it 2as 30 minutes til close on a Saturday and would have been stuck tilmobeay. These guys would us a yokahama tire about 85% tread and w good 60% tread spare mounted and put on for $60 total. Great deal when running low. We would not have made it on gas if it were any more. Friendly guys too.”

“I am a Truck Driver and my truck broke down on I40! Another mechanic came out and diagnosed the issue he stated it was the dryer and he would come back early tomorrow morning to fix it! He never showed up! Then my company called ELH Truck and Trailer > come to find out it was NOT the dryer that was the problem, it was only a trailer line!!! Dryer was more to fix than a line!!! “Not sure why it’s taken me 2 years to write this review but so it goes when cleaning off your desk. I won’t forget the incredible level of service and overall kindness this location showed me when I got a flat on my way to my Thanksgiving plans that year. Despite being severely busy, they were able to fit me in and had my new tire on within 30 minutes, so I could still make it by that afternoon. While I was just passing through, I can’t repay the generosity by using their services. But I would definitely patron here if I was a local.”

“Great and quick service. Had a blown tire 1 hour into an 8 hour trip. Called them up and they told us they had what we needed. Hunter changed the tire in about 10 minutes filled up the other tires(including our donut) with air. Then he put back the donut for us. All in all we only lost about a half hour. So grateful.”
