“I found a couple 2026 Chevy Traverses at your dealership online before we came so I kind of knew what I was looking for. We were greeted right away by Chris. We looked at the RS and the High Country. Chris explained the differences in the two. He was very helpful. We chose to drive the RS and I loved it! We left to drive a few more cars at other dealerships but came back to Serra for the RS. Jeremy helped us from that point and he did a great job! We were in and out in about two hours. He took the time to tell me about all the gadgets, apps, etc. in the vehicle and we took it for a spin so he could show me how the super cruise worked. We had a great experience.”

From the phone call to see if they could help me, to them coming to pick me up to take me to get my car when it was done, the whole experience felt transparent, honest, and overall I felt very respected. It felt like I was taking my car to a family members house for them to work on for me. I felt confident the job would be done well and comfortable over all. “I went to Unidos Auto Repair multiple times for car and truck repairs. My vehicles were all fixed by the friendly staff. The prices are median prices for repairs. Not to high and not to low. The owner told me that they are always busy in which I've noticed. The only downside is the timeframe when repairing a vehicle because they stay so busy. Saying all of that I still take my car there because of the good work!!! Be patient.”

“I bought a used car from a dealership. I wanted for this car to basically get a restart for the interior and exterior. I took it to Enfield's Detail for this and was paired with Ryan. My car went through an interior detail, an exterior detail, and some touch ups and wet sanding on certain places of the exterior. I was very happy with the result. I would return. I believe Ryan and Enfield's Detail will be honest with you on what is best for your vehicle.”

“The gentleman who helped me was very caring. I called and explained my steering wheel was shaking when I drove and asked how much it was for a diagnostic. He told me he wouldn’t do any work before letting me know the cost and he squeezed me in same day/ short notice. They checked my car quickly and told me it was my tire causing the shaking and didn’t charge me anything for the diagnostic. He didn’t have the tires in stock but was kind enough to tell me exactly what was wrong, even printing it out for me to take elsewhere. In my opinion this was very honest and caring. 3 other places were going to charge me $100 plus just to look at the car before any work. Thank you for the kind service and I will return for future work.”
