If you go to another mechanic please do yourself a favor and go to Reagan's for a second opinion. I did and I'm so glad because the 1st place I went to ( Rod's automotive in Medina) quoted me over 3X as much to fix the issue with my car. They found on camera when the damage happened and took care of the repair. They referred me to a great auto repair shop as well! Thankful they were honest. “Traveling thru Jackson and we got a flat tire. We limped off the interstate and made it to this Goodyear location. Only to realize ts a commercial tire place. We assumed we'd have to call AAA and be stuck awhile. Thankfully we were helped by 2 women inside who sent a tech, Timothy out to help. Timothy removed our tire and put the spare on and the lady (sorry I didn't get her name) called around to find a tire for us. They sent us down the road to Tire King who got us on the road quickly. Could've been a waste of a day that ended up just a tiny obstacle thanks to all of these great people. Thank you for acting above and beyond.”
“When we walked in Noone could find a cart, they were all outside. So my husband and others went back out and retrieved their own. We were in there for a little over an hour and still no carts were brought in. This is peak season, service the customer, and be sure you are staffed for the business please.”

He gave us perfect directions to get there, as soon as we pulled in he was out the door and pulling it into a bay. He was so nice, very personable, fantastic customer service and all around wonderful man. Ethan was our mechanic and he was fantastic as well. Funny guys, superb place!! “The tire pressure light came on in my vehicle and typically when this happens I’ve got something stuck in one that needs to be fixed. I tried 2 other places before calling Rod’s who said they could check it out for me without it being hours before they could get to it. They were up front with cost if they needed to patch a tire. After inspecting all of them, the technician found that just all of my tires pressure was low and they aired them up and I was good to go. They did not even charge me! They were super nice and professional!”
