They gave me a reasonable price with APR of 5.9% where other dealers the APR was 9–12%, I also spoke to my bank, the First Horizon bank, their APR for auto loan Was 9%. With brand new car I ended up paying around $580 per month. Everyone was very polite, professional. I should mention Mr. Diffee Who was very nice, professional. He gave me all the information about the process., Give me all the details about the car. Their manager was also very nice, polite and professional. I will highly recommend this place if you want to buy used or brand new car.”

“I've used this shop for about 3-4 years for oil changes and tires. They've always done the work needed and completed it quickly. I always supply the oil and filters and that's what has been used each time(I seriously doubt the other review claiming they did otherwise). They've saved me an alignment job when a dealer told me it was needed(turns out the Mazda dealer couldn't balance tires). I hadn't been in for months and they recognized me as soon as I walked in. Good folks, happy to continue using their service.”

“Traveling thru Jackson and we got a flat tire. We limped off the interstate and made it to this Goodyear location. Only to realize ts a commercial tire place. We assumed we'd have to call AAA and be stuck awhile. Thankfully we were helped by 2 women inside who sent a tech, Timothy out to help. Timothy removed our tire and put the spare on and the lady (sorry I didn't get her name) called around to find a tire for us. They sent us down the road to Tire King who got us on the road quickly. Could've been a waste of a day that ended up just a tiny obstacle thanks to all of these great people. Thank you for acting above and beyond.”

“I bought tires where I live in Corsicana Texas last September and in 1 year I've ended up having to replace them because they were dry rotted. That's where this store came in and saved the day. We were returning home from Columbia TN and could NOT find a place that could get us in for anywhere from 2-4 hours. We found 1 place that wanted to sell a whole set but would sell us 1 tire for 260.00. We drove from Columbia to Jackson and again Walmart had a back log of over 3 hours and a nice older man suggested Gateway right up the road. When we pulled up they were busy but we were greeted by a young man who was very kind, respectful and so helpful. After he looked at my tires he was concerned about us driving another 500 miles home on them but was happy to help us find a single tire for the worst looking 1. Once they had my tires off and looked at them closer the Mgr told me again they were kind of scary looking and asked if he could price me the rest of the tires. I said sure! So he ended up getting me in a pair for less than the amount the other place priced for a single tire! Both the young man and the manager were incredibly helpful, kind and respectful! Highly recommended this place!”

“Since the pandemic changed everything and it's not as it was anywhere these people do a good job! I think you have to take into account the situation that people face there, both employees and shoppers. It's always busy, everyone is always in a hurry, impatient and think they have to be helped immediately, every business is understaffed and usually staff is overworked. That being said I have always been treated with kindness when being kind, I have shopped for my job sometimes 3 times a week and usually require special assistance in different departments, because I needed something extra and they always help me if at all possible. From the meat department to the stocking guys looking for extra burners for catering dishes because it showed a case on the computer but not the floor. The people in the frozen foods section joke with me and get me to laughing some days when I don't remember to smile and I mean sometimes I need the laugh desperately! I've been there and had frozen food help me get something in dry goods and I have seen the meat department guy helping everywhere always with a smile and greeting, the cashiers and front of store have taken harsh words and bad attitudes from people talking to them about things that they have no control over and kept going. Yes there are some slackers as there is everywhere, if you don't see an employee and you see someone that needs something then help them if you can because that's the way it used to be, does anyone remember that? If I see you and you need something from the shelf and you are struggling then I'm going to help, if I hear you say you need ____ and you don't see it I will tell you where I saw it. And if you help me I'm going to say thank you because we all used to do that. Thanks Sam's for pushing through a rough time in the world and having helpful people there everyday. They help me out so much! My only negative is sometimes I need gas before the pumps are open with the store and I wish they would open them at the pump 24/7 with a Sam's card, or Walmart+. If you look for negative things you will see negative but let's try smiling and finding positive ones too, the hard work that is done deserves acknowledgment too!”
