“I could not have asked for better customer service from Rochelle's!!! And it started BEFORE I was a customer!!! They stopped to see if I needed help after a minor accident that affected my wheel and strut. He had it diagnosed, removed and my spare put on in no time flat, in the rain. AND had to run to the shop to get a floor jack because I was on a hill. That was the first time I even got a hint that he was involved with a Tire Business. He didn't stop to drum up business, he stopped because he saw someone who needed help on the side of the road. The EXCELLENT Customer Service did not end at that point, it has continued after the fact. He has earned business from me and my family for any future work and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone else!!!! Thank you!!!! Thank you!!!! Thank you!!!”
