“Andy's Auto clinic has done an amazing job between 6 car's and truck's we have that he has serviced over 5 + year's and could not ask for better service I know people say he does not call with updates but when your that busy sometimes you have to go with it this is a great place to take your car's and truck's and if it misses up after you leave just know he will fix it with no cost the best family business sorry but not sorry you can't bet that and out of all the truck's and car's we have had him work on only one had to go back and have one little piece put on it in 5 + years?✌️? ? that's not bad every other place we have been to not no good so thank you Andy's and crew y'all are amazing...?✌️?✔️ And to top it off we bring them up there to be fixed and he knows we have to have it back fast and never had a problem with that sometimes on short noticed ✔️?✌️?”

I had my 2 year old with me and he interacted with her, showed her a cool frog decoration to look at, shook her hand, and even let her play in his fountain for a few minutes. “Fast and friendly service. They were out of windshield wiper fluid and couldn't get an air filter but it wasn't a big deal or their fault since they were still waiting on their delivery truck. I'll try going on a different day of the week next time and hopefully catch them with a fuller inventory. Very helpful and did their best. “They had rebuilt my transmission in Oct '23 on my truck.. Did a good job and were fast and efficient. My wife's car was having problems and making noise. Thought it might be a CV joint. Dropped off at 11am on 12/22/23. Got a call at 5pm said it was fixed. Turned out to be a loose caliper from a previous recent repair from another shop (who told me they couldn't look at it till after Jan 1st).No charge and wished me a Merry Christmas on top of it. That is called "Great Customer Service". Highly recommend.”

“Mechanic works and oil changes etc were always good and he is friendly person to deal with... rented a U haul recently and I was not satisfied with it but he is just the dealer for this service...the Uhaul looked like it had been hit on the backside and the door jammed so many times it was a struggle to open and shut it.. was turned in at a Murfreesboro dealer so now it's their problem.. but I also feel like a dealer needs to report issues with these trucks to whomever is responsible for maintaining them before renting it out.”

“This is the new name for the Ford Dealer here. It used to be Beaman's Ford. I had what I thought might be transmission trouble on the first day of a 2 week driving trip and took my car in to see if it could be repaired. Heidi Winter was my service advisor and she di a fabulous job. Turned out the problem was resolved quickly and I was able to get on the road again. When calling around, many didn’t want to touch it because it requires taking the engine apart, and if they did, they were 30 days out.
