“I have shopped at Finish Line a few times in the last year or so. Every time I’m there, Ashlyn is working. When I tell you she gives AMAZING customer service EVERY TIME I’m in there, I mean it!! She’s patient, she’s kind to me & my daughter. She is ALWAYS up for going that extra mile. I am so indecisive & not once did she even bat an eye. The other gentleman (I didn’t get his name) was also so nice & professional! Great kids working there. I will definitely keep going there as long as they are there!”

She stayed with me the whole time, tried on five or six pairs of boots and finally went with her original idea! I love my new boots and the service was above and beyond in my opinion!
