“Went in looking for a pair of shoes for our daughter and was met with THE BEST customer service! Mr. Karver Kinne assisted us with measuring and finding a good fit for her! He even put the shoes on her and helped take them off, sprayed the shoes with waterproof/stain protectant and gave her a pair of socks to try the shoes with! He was super nice, extremely helpful and knowledgeable would highly recommended shopping here! Thank you Mr. Kinne and Tradehome shoes we had a great shopping experience!”

“Best quality everything and I've only seen customer service this good at one other place. The Buckle is great. The fort dodge store is small and doesn't carry a lot of the "flare", "bootcut" or "bellbottom" so if that's what your after if look online for sure.”

Not only for boots but for related apparel such as parkas, vests, sweatshirts, snow suits, hats, gloves and an array of other necessities you could use when the season changes to the utmost in cold! And the kind, people-oriented sales people in this store are very knowledgeable about the products -- how they fit in with the winter scheme to help keep you warm. Of course, the store also offers a wide selection of shoes such as sneakers . . . AND it also offers a sense of "community" as it's popular for holding fitness events during non-winter months!
