Little Shop Of Grooming
107 Nicole Ct, MaryvilleMy pup Hudson looks great, were very happy. I brought him in pretty disheveled with very outgrown hair and stinky from running around in the yard. They trimmed his nails up well and didnt leave them all sharp like when I do it at home, his haircut is exactaly how I asked for it to be done without any messed up spots or cuts from the clippers. His ears are nice and clean inside and he smells good. I really liked my groomers work, she did a fantastic job on him?

Ramseys Appalachian Large Anml
313 W Broadway Ave, MaryvilleDr. Ramsey is a really good veterinarian. He has been taking care of our 2 donkies for the past 8 years. He is very professional, polite, well mannered, very competent, and is always available in a reasonable amount of time. He is gentle with our donkies. He does not strong arm the animals or yell or carry on the way some less professional people do around equines. I recommend Dr. Ramsey as an excellent large animal veterinarian without reservation.

Big Springs Veterinary Hospital, PLLC
820 Ross Dr, MaryvilleI LOVE Dr. Talley and all of the staff at Big Springs Veterinary Hospital. They are so loving and caring. They treat your fur baby just like they were their own. They explain everything and make certain that your pet receives the best care possible. Dr. Talley even called me several times to update me on my dog when she had surgery and had to stay overnight. They are the absolute BEST! I highly recommend them! In the age of chains and corporate vet locations, these are veterinarians who go above and beyond with love and care. If you live in the Maryville area, check them out! Dr. Talley and all the staff are wonderful! ❤️

Thank you Village Vet, it's nice to know there are vets still around that really care about their patients. Mya finally has a great vet!!

Brewster’s Bark and Bed
2206 W Lamar Alexander Pkwy, Maryville1st kenneling my dogs anywhere and I choose brewsters.
My mini schnauzers seemed to do good there for the 1 night stay and the staff was good to them. They were nervous which is understandable since it was their 1st time kenneling and they are constantly with me since I wfh. I will kennel with them again for during the week kenneling.
I rated it a 4 star since I couldn't see where they were actually staying. Pictures on the website of the boarding room/area would have sufficed me. I wouldn't need a tour and understand a tour would upset current pets being boarded.
The other reason was no Sunday pick up. I would have to find another facility for my September trip when we return on a Sunday.

Tri-Hop Brewery
205 Court St, MaryvilleMy quest for great craft beers continues and this brewery did not disappoint. During our search my hubby and I discovered there would be a food truck on site "Lobster Dogs TN" at the brewery. Upon arrival, there were a few customers lined up at the food truck, so we went inside the brewery and ordered a couple of beers while waiting for the line to calm down a bit. I decided on the "Browning Around" which is a dark beer and hubby went for the "Tri-Irish Red" which is a red ale. They both were iced cold and delicious. While taking in the sights of the interior, The Titans game was televised on a large walled area, along with some 80's rock music being played in the background. The ladies restroom was spotless and I took note that the establishment received a 100 on their health score from the City inspector. Good job!!! The food truck was constantly steady with customers and their lobster rolls were quite filling. Both the brewery and food truck were a successful find in Maryville. If you haven't discovered either, give them a try.

Aroma Cafe Cuban Food and Sandwiches
2570 E Broadway Ave, MaryvilleHeard a lot about this place and being a Florida native decided to give it a try. I got the grilled cheese with just onions on it and my husband got a Cuban. The meat on his sandwich was dry but the grilled cheese was melty and great although whoever made it must really love onions lol I just picked some off though and it was perfection. I was really sad that they didn’t have café con Leche though as it’s a staple of all Cuban places in Florida. Hoping the Cuban being dry was just a fluke as we intend to go back soon. The inside is really nicely decorated and transports you to a beach cafe. Really cute little place.

404 Greenbelt Dr, MaryvilleAs I gazed into the trees, and the birds that sang in the wind, and as the wind blew across my nostrils, and I can smell the fall in the air as a spring float through the water, the order of fish came to my table, and I ate it facing the park And I cannot tell you the ambience and the amazing atmosphere will really calm you down on a long stressful day it’s worth it. The price is worth it. The atmosphere is worth it and the food is worth it delicious. Don’t judge the parking lot. give it a try I sat outside Enjoy

909 W Lamar Alexander Pkwy, MaryvilleAubrey’s has good food like always. Their prices have gone up substantially, however as everything. I ordered a catfish dinner. Smoky Mountain Brewery
743 Watkins Rd, MaryvilleService was good, quick friendly. Food was cooked right and seasoned right. However for my $30 steak it came cold. It was cooked medium ans very tender and was served on a skillet but even the skillet was cool. I think it was cooked early and then left out not under a heat lamp. I don't like sending food back to be refired because I don't trust restraunts not to retaliate. Again it was seasoned well and very tender just cold. Also ordered fried mozerella sticks. Those were perfect. Seasoned crispy and even good reheated at home.

Jaboni's Pizzeria Maryville
549 N Foothills Plaza Dr, MaryvilleHad the best salad that I've had in years. ? My slice of Neoplitan left a bit to be desired. Overdone cardboard crust, not foldable. Round sausage links instead of thin strips. Not what I've come to expect from Jaboni's at all. The salad made up for the pizza misgivings. The bartender/server was awesome. ?

Blount County Animal Center
233 Currie Ave, MaryvilleIf you are thinking about adopting an animal- look no further than the Blount County Animal Center; they have professional IN HOUSE veterinarians that treat and examine ALL animals that come in- and they give the animals all shots that they need - before you adopt the animal at no charge. All animals are tested for their temperament and tolerances to other cats, dogs and children-so you will know about the animals personality (in the case of a cat- PURRSONALITY) before you take it home. -- Every animal has a clipboard with a description of the animals personality , age, sex, and more info on their cage.
if you are concerned about the price of paying for the animal you are adopting- their adoption fees are very cheap, because all the animal lovers at Blount County Animal Center want you to experience the joy of being owned by an animal. Also, this shelter is very responsible- they ALWAYS QUARANTINE the animals when they are first brought in-to prevent communicable diseases from spreading. if you are thinking about "buying" a purebred animal from a breeder or looking on Craigslist for a pet- I would highly discourage you from doing so. For one thing- at this stage in history, purebred animals are INBRED- which means they are prone to having SEVERE health/personality problems. Even if you purchase a purebred animal from a reputable breeder who is AKC registered---- the animal WILL STILL HAVE MAJOR HEALTH PROBLEMS.
it is no exaggeration that 2.7 MILLION cats and dogs are put down every year-in the USA alone- this is NOT due to temperament- THIS IS BECAUSE THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH HOMES FOR ALL OF. THE ANIMALS>. so for the love of god - PLEASE STOP BREEDING ANIMALS TO MAKE MONEY
