Pet Grooming
Barkmore Inn and Salon
7400 US-11, Lenoir CityI’ve always groomed my Maltese myself because he is so anxious. I recently hurt my shoulder and was unable to do it myself. I contacted Barkmore Inn and Salon and they were very helpful and suggested that he should be the first groom of the day. They were able to get him groomed and he was back home before 10:00. Furthermore, June did an excellent job on his cut. My husband said, “It’s the best he’s ever looked.” I have to agree. They definitely are a great place for grooming. Winston will definitely be back.

O'Brien Heather L DVM
507 E Broadway St, Lenoir CityJust wanted to share a true "heartfelt" first time experience I had last week with Dr.O'Brien and her staff. Not being a client, I had retrieved two injured bluebirds who were in the middle of the roadway in our subdivision, that were entangled after fighting, with ones leg and claws embedded in the others wing. They were both alive with no other obvious signs of trauma and were desperately just trying to free themselves. I initially took them to the Lenoir City Animal clinic where I was ( but no longer will be) a client. after bringing them inside with several vets currently on staff. I was advised that they were "too busy and would likely just euthanize them" due to not really working with wild animals. I then took them to Dr.O'Brien's office on her surgery day albeit, where she agreed to at least look at them. Within five minutes she freed both of them and I was then able to release them in the park a short time later with no issues. Says quite a bit about the morality and ethics one office and vet has, when compared to another just down the roadway. Its more than just freeing two bluebirds from what likely would have been their demise in the middle of a roadway and says the utmost for her character and values doing something "pro-bono" during what I'm sure was a most busy day! She is a true humanitarian and would highly recommend her for all your pets needs, if nothing else, based on the compassion she showed to two wild birds that were allowed to live at least another day!

Dr. Bradbury and all the doctors and staff are kind, thoughtful and take as much time as you need to understand everything. I am very impressed with this office and would highly recommend them to anyone! Molly and I thank you!

Dr. Thomas Bradbury
601 US-321, Lenoir CityI have been taking both my Basset Hounds Gunner and Gus to Dr Bradbury since they were pups. He always takes the time to answer all my questions and makes sure I am comfortable with what ever is going on. They always get excellent care and treatment. His staff is great and this last visit with Gus his assistant Christine Bray was awesome. She was very caring and helpful and Gus really trusted her. The staff from the receptionist to the doctor are excellent.

Embassy Veterinary Center Lenoir City
507 E Broadway St, Lenoir CityBe forewarned. 3.5/10 We had to put our cat down, and I tell you, we got the spiel about how we could do some bloodwork and prolong the life with a potential treatment plan.I don’t know if this was a heartfelt delivery of a real moment of compassion, or if it was an attempt to begin a string of investigative processes to make a few dollars. Our cat was not visibly rotting as we brought him in, but we’d watched him decay quickly over the last 60 days and then a massive episode happened last night. He was one month from fifteen years old. It was obviously his time.To the team: change the procedure/directive/game plan/workflow/dialogue to recognize the judgment of the animal’s family. If I’ve read situation incorrectly, my apologies. If this is common, and just standard procedure—massive protocol alteration must occur. We’ve (collectively amongst multiple households) never experienced or heard of this type of dialogue regarding an animal’s life before. We knew it was time. The season was entering the grueling pain stage for old cat. He was too good to keep him alive for our satisfaction.

Ugly Mug Coffee, Malone's Coffee Service, LLC
108 B St, Lenoir CityAdorable venue with excellent vibes. Staff super friendly. Wasn't really a fan of their coffee or chai but that's personal preference. Their pesto chicken sandwich was delicious though.Parking: A couple of spots in front of the venue but also an entire row of parking off the side, very easy to navigate.
