“I enjoy helping folks expand their horizons. Lately I've had three occasions where folks have called with vehicle issues. Coincidentally battery replacement solved those three issues. Nowhere was even close on price to Rural King and I feel that should be information shared with the masses.”

“I had excellent customer service from Aaron who was working the garden center. I am an older lady and he assisted in getting mulch down with a loader then helped me with heavier bags of rock, pushed my cart for me across the store to the lumber section, then through checkout and to my car. it was a heavy load for me to handle and he assisted me with such a kind attitude. With that kind of service, I think he is destined for future advancement with your company.”
“I have to say another amazing experience at the Home Depot. We came to get pavers for our project.. we needed a lot. We asked for a cart, after hearing the quantity they said no they will load them for us. They went way above and beyond what they needed to do. Leigh & Lillian are legit amazing. This store has been nothing but positive experiences”
“This is gonna sound like a commercial, but I had such an extraordinary good experience with both the staff, and the stores club/membership thing that I have to share. To keep it short, I waltzed into the store to return an item which my friend purchased for me (without a receipt, and from a store in another state). The manager there went out of her way to exhaust every means she had to effect the return, way beyond what I thought she needed to do or was possible. That's only the one good thing, the other good thing is that my friend who made the purchase for me, was also a member of the Tractor Supply membership/club thing, sorry I don't know what they call it, anyway, with my friends phone #, all the info was on record and the manager was able to print the receipt and credit my friends card back for the return. So, the commercial is this. Membership has it's privileges! If you aren't signed up for it yet, don't wait, do it now. I love this store for a number of reasons, like the fact that they carry a number of USA made products, but now I have another reason to love it even more.”

I stopped by to repair a tire that had a nail in it, and it was an easy in-and-out visit with excellent customer service. I’ve been doing business with John for over 25 years.
