I had purchased a new street glide from them back in 14. they have always kept a good stock of nice bikes and I was looking for another street glide . I found a 25 street glide iron horse edition and just loved it.My sales associate Tommy was very helpful not pushy, but tried to help me out as much as possible. I would like to think Tommy and the rest of the folks at Smoky Mountain Harley Davidson for treating me right. I have been in the store since then and they all are just as nice as the day I was purchasing my new bike. I would recommend you give them a look if looking for a new bike.”

They gave me some information about the hitch before I left, which was helpful.All in all a good place to get a hitch installed on a vehicle. Only con is the waiting room smelled weird.”
“We were on vacation and our brake caliper stuck. The entire staff went off their way to help us. We had to replace a brake caliper in their parking lot. They got us water when we got done and gave us directions to get back on the road again. Highly recommend them”

The only communication I received from Knoxville was ur car is here and starting to be fixed. Then ur car is ready. No communication about what was being fixed and what wasn't being fixed.
When I picked up my car at the Maryville location and talked to Jared about my car.
He assured me that he would fix my car.
Jared went above and beyond to make me happy. I will highly recommend Jared and his team at the Maryville location.”
