I went to Fastech and told them about everything I did to my '09 WRX, they said 'No problem' and actually had a cancellation for Monday and could probably fit me in. I regapped the spark plugs as they recommended and dropped my car off that evening.Here we are 3 months later and I have absolutely zero problems with their tune! “I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at the Collision Center. Everyone is really nice and helpful and you feel like you are family when you walk in. They go above and beyond in everything they do. I brought my car in through an insurance claim and the final product after their repairs looked amazing. What was even more impressive is how they detailed the inside of my car!! I was shocked, it smelled so good and was the cleanest I’ve seen it in a long time. When I was leaving, someone flagged me down and let me know one of my brake lights was out (not related to the repairs I had done). I turned around and asked if they had the break light I needed and they spent time looking for the exact bulb and when they didn’t have it, they went up the street to a store to get the bulb needed to get me on my way. When I asked how much to pay them for taking care of that for me, they said it was on the house!! If you need car repairs from a collision, look no further!!”

“I took my Porsche Boxster to Downtown Autobody to have the bumper and tail light repaired. The right side of my bumper was heavily scratched with white paint and my tail light was cracked around the edges as the result of a car side swiping my parked vehicle. I dropped my car off on a Monday and it was already finished by Wednesday evening! Communication was excellent, they were super kind and accommodating, and the body work was beautiful.
