I have a business account with Frontier. I have been having problems withmy internet. Did a speed test and I have 0.37 download mbps and 0.00 upload mbps. I call to get someone out here. It was for wed between 8-12. Recieved a text confirming that time. On Tuesday someone called me and asked where I was. I told them Kentucky, my appt is tomorrow. The guy says ok. Wed I sit all day long waiting for someone and nobody shows up. I needed to be somewhere else yet I wasted a whole day. Now they want to come the next day. I had to call, several times and it was not until after 4:30pmm that they tell me they rescheduled. This is ridiculous! I will be checking for other providers. I know at my house we have a new company, i will definitely change my home provider and if theres another company in Dresden, im switching. I can pay my bill locally bit cant get a damn local number....

If I could give a negative number of stars I would. Service outage for over a week, technicians finally came and installed a new modem. It's already out again, less than one week later. Run...fast...to someone else.

5 day outage for phone and internet. Customer service can only say "sorry". Someone needs to tag the FCC and PSC and roll up this defunct communication fraud of a company.

Been without internet for over a month now. See frontier all over town and all the workers are just standing around talking. Seems like it takes 10 guys to just stand around and get paid to do nothing. How is my daughter supposed to do homeschooling without internet.?? This is more then just an inconvenience. And stop sending bills out until we get what we are paying for. My kid might have to be held back because of this she can't afford to miss anymore school. Frontier should be more on their A game. This is just ridiculous. Had to leave a one star review just to leave this message. But all in all y'all deserve NO stars.

I have now been without internet for a month they can't fix the internet but they still send out bills. Well I AM NOT PAYING FOR SOMETHING I Don't HAVE. This is a sorry low down dirty business. They don't care about the the ratings because they still making money for nothing.

Internet is slow and cuts out.If you have any other option for internet service then take it.Just to get internet, I have to get home phone service through them as well.None told me the total cost for installation. I have received the statement and for the service you get, it is outrageous. $171.00 for shoddy internet installation.Monthly price for slow internet; $71.00 (10 to 25 Mbps)I was paying $18.00 a month for high speed internet, no phone/talk package required with 100 Mbps download speeds.So I am paying over $50 more a month for far less.What a rip-off.

Been waiting 2 months to hook up our internet. They keep telling us that installer tried to call but neither me or my wife has a missed call. This company has went downhill and is trash now. Don't waste your time they supposedly went bankrupt and its just a matter of time until their gone. Please don't waste my time responding about how sorry you are about my bad experience just do yourself a favor and walk out of your cubicle and tell them you quit.

If you are lucky enough to have the option to go with any other internet provider, DO IT! The internet is constantly going in and out. When the internet does work, it is slow; can't stream netflix, youtube, etc. majority of the time. Also, customer/tech service is terrible. I had them come out a couple of months ago and they showed up on a day they weren't scheduled to be here only to leave a note on my door saying they needed to come inside. Then on the day the appointment was scheduled, they never show up and I find out they closed their service ticket as if the problem was fixed.

Was initially told that I needed to fill out a form to verify my identity. Never received the form so I called again. Was told that they had my name wrong. After fixing this, said they would be out to install my internet service on Wednesday. Then they called me a couple of days later to say that there was a problem with my order and wouldn't be out until Friday. Waited for the four hour window and no show. I called them again and they said they weren't coming because of a problem with my order.. again! Now they aren't coming until the 14th. Seems I am paying for their mistake. There doesn't seem to be anyone there that I can discuss this with there. And my name isn't Jessica! More internet providers are needed to our area so we at least have a choice!

This internet provider is simply garbage. I switched for the price they offered and was taken in. . Was told I was getting up too 500 speeds. It was Never passed 100 on a good day and that was rare Other days it simply fell off the radar with no service for hours. Called in tech support and was told everything looks fine on there end . HA HA .Tech came out and said its due to congestion Lol not true . I have a home NOT AN apartment. They switched out a few thing and it worked for a few days but again it crapped out. Unable to work, kids can't do their homework. I Called in several more times with tech support and nothing worked to keep it steady. At this point all my tech gadgets are no longer online and wifi was so slow. My old dial up worked better . Again previous provider was great Another service tech came out again and installed a New modem worked a bit better but again back to high speed Turtle mode on and off service. So after several over the phone tech support calls and two visits from a service technician I was losing all hope. The wife and kids were ganging up on me to solve this but but remember I was in a contract. The contract stated they provide internet service and I to remain a customer for 24 months. I called to cancel stating that they have failed to honor their contract in providing high speed internet and requested my early termination fee be waived based on non product delivery. I Spoke with Cindy who is the customer service supervisor for that day.. Feb 8 2020 in Tennessee and she said to me. Sir although you called numerous times spent manny hours with us had 2 service tech visit your home and wasted your workday I'm sorry we cant help you. You didnt not call us enough. Yes she said that to me.. my last call was jan 23rd to complain again about no service. On that call that day I was placed on hold for way too long and I ended the call. She said "had I allowed another service tech out then maybe we might waive the early termination fee". In other words keep calling about our crappy internet cuz your locked in a contract. BOTTOM LINE DO NOT GET FRONTIER SEEVICES.. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL AND PRODUCT IS JUNK. . PLEASE LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS ONLINE. I HOPE THIS HELP IN MAKING YOUR DECISION TO GO WITH THIS COMPANY.!!!

Today is the second time my service was supposed to be installed and no one showed up or messaged to say they weren't coming. This is absolutely nonsense! The first time you guys were supposed to show up I got multiple text messages saying you guys were working on my service, but my family and I were working outside all day in direct view of the telephone box and no one was there. I have a bill due on 12-9-19 for service 11-15-19 through 12-14-19 and no one has ever installed service! This is fraudulent to charge someone for services that were never installed. I stayed on the phone with Frontier for 1 hr and 17 mins and was told that a dispute was opened and a case number was given to me. I was being told that nothing could be done about Frontiers mistake. So I'm expected to pay a bill for no installation, no services and no router received. My parents had to constantly call for weeks being on hold for large amounts of time and missed work as well waiting five different days when their services were supposed to be installed and no one showed up or had the decency to call and say they weren't coming! This is shameful! Today 12-5-19 someone was supposed to show up to complete installation services at 0800. I have someone waiting in my stead and no one has shown up yet again. Also I attempted to contact on facebook messenger per instructions given and the link doesn't work. This is ridiculous. It's shameful that people tie up their time and miss work and no one has the decency to call and at least say they aren't going to show. All I need is the outside service to be finished...that's it! What's going on?
