If I could give a negative number of stars I would. Service outage for over a week, technicians finally came and installed a new modem. It's already out again, less than one week later. Run...fast...to someone else.

5 day outage for phone and internet. Customer service can only say "sorry". Someone needs to tag the FCC and PSC and roll up this defunct communication fraud of a company.

I have now been without internet for a month they can't fix the internet but they still send out bills. Well I AM NOT PAYING FOR SOMETHING I Don't HAVE. This is a sorry low down dirty business. They don't care about the the ratings because they still making money for nothing.
