“First experience with this wonderful florist. I had a different florist have to cancel my order kind of last minute due to the weather. They didn’t receive deliveries, not their fault.
After hours of phone calls I luckily found this gem! I specifically needed Star Gazer lilies for a life celebration this Sunday. The order was ready in less than two hours. From the woman who helped my frantic self on the phone to the young man who took care of me at the counter, all of my stress melted away as I was presented with a most beautiful arrangement I could have hoped for! He immediately offered to walk it to my truck in the pouring rain, strap it in securely and off I went with my precious cargo. I sadly didn’t get/recall names but I hope you know who you are! “We live in Washington State and I ordered flowers from another florist who turned out to not even have a shop in Hendersonville or nearby. They were for my Mother in law who was in a local rehab center. When I was told that the company I ordered from would NOT be able to honor the promise they made to me about getting the flowers delivered by Christmas Eve I cancelled the original order. I called Brown's at about 5 minutes to their closing time on Christmas Eve and explained my problem. I asked if they delivered on Christmas and if there was any chance of my 84 year old MIL, who was alone at Christmas, getting flowers. The woman explained that they were closing in just a few minutes, they weren't delivering on Christmas and her delivery people were all leaving. I told her I would still like to order flowers even if they got there after Christmas. She put me on hold briefly, came back and told me there was a chance she could get one of the drivers to deliver that day. We called my MIL that evening and the first words out of her mouth were "My flowers are beautiful!". Clearly this is a company with a heart! I was so appreciative! DO NOT order from Ava's Flowers, who is some sort of broker outside the US that orders from local companies and adds on more than 50$ in junk fees. Order from Brown's, they are very dependable and they CARE.”

“Out of all the Kroger's in the area, this location is my absolute go-to! I am here multiple times per week and maybe even twice on Sunday. This location is one of the larger stores that features all the specialty areas from meat counter, bakery, cheese island and of course a Starbucks! While the inside stations are great, this store also features two fuel center stations! Stock is always on point here, and it is a rarity that I leave without something I was after. You have to time your produce visits just right, as it can get down to the "meh" stock on the weekends. Service is always friendly and helpful in the aisles and at the registers. They usually have a few full service lanes open, and most of the time they have both portions of self-check open and staffed. Only complaint about this location is the cart situation. The parking lot is normally overflowing with carts, so make sure you grab one on the way in to ensure you have one. Overall, this is my Kroger and I will certainly be back time and time again!”

“This particular Kroger location is in a decent sized shopping plaza and is nicely laid out and has a decent selection of products. I am a fan of Kroger. Whenever I am in tennessee, this would be the supermarket that I would probably seek out to get the little extras that I will need while in a hotel while on a business trip. Things like water and stuff like that. Speaking of water, I am a huge fan of the Kroger blood orange flavored water. Check it out if you see it. All in all, this Kroger allowed me to accomplish what I set out to do.”

“Absolutely outstanding! We were ordering flowers for the funeral of an active duty military friend of ours who unexpectedly passed away. We called the Nashville National Cemetery, where he was going to be buried, and asked them if they could recommend a Florist. The Cemetery people recommended Miller's Florist because they do good work, and are familiar with how the National Cemetery operates.
Well, the people at the cemetery were right on target. Miller's Florist is simply the best. They custom designed a patriotic spray for our friend's funeral at a reasonable price. We prefer to buy from a local florist if we can because we find they do a better job than an online broker could. We were also under a timeline because the funeral was the next day. Since we were over 1,000 miles away we didn't know who to turn to.
The service people, and Konya specifically, were professional and courteous. Couldn't ask for a better experience or a better flower arrangement. Take my word for it, you don't want to go anywhere else. Thanks!”
