“Staff is friendly. Breona is very sweet and helpful with the application process. Apartments are very small. They only have one bedrooms. But this isn't a problem will me because it's affordable when you're have low income and disabled.”

“The new ppl here are ok but this maintenance no air no communication I don't like we been here going on 2yrs this sad case here rent not worth it old air conditioner unit they doing all ts other new stuff need to be taking that loan money and invest into new air conditioner unit for these apartments for what they charging isn't worth it dish washer no laundry mat RN they should have kept already one or two washer open wit dryer while they remolding which how long will that take just sad situation here now”
