“The Luxe is a beautiful place that is well kept, clean, and safe. They have several amenities that made this place stand out. This includes EV chargers, salt-water pool, mini theatre, and sauna. No place is perfect, but The Luxe is close. Here are my pros and cons:Pros:- Very well kept- Extremely clean- Very safe and secure- Many attractive amenities (see their website)- Mark, the manager, is super nice and helpfulCons:- EV Chargers are $0.30/kWh for residents.- There is a $140 mandatory internet, pest, trash, fee package on top of your rent.- Their pricing and availabilities online isn't accurate. You would need to contact someone for the latest information.- Their online application process is a little dated, but it still works.Neutral:- Instead of a security deposit, they use Jetty, which is a nonrefundable payment of ~$97.In summary, the pros definitely outweigh the cons, and the cons aren't even bad. I will update my review as needed, but I hope this place stays good!”

“7/20/23- Moved in yesterday, first impressions will update as time goes on. Been a smooth process from the beginning. Helpful staff. Apartment was clean, everything works. I don’t really hear any neighbors around me besides typical apartment noise. I’m 3rd floor on a corner so I’m sure that’s working in my favor. It’s 9:00 pm and I see 2 parking spots available near my building and probably another 4-5 a little bit further. There are plenty reserved spots available for purchase near my building if you don’t want to search for a spot just pay the monthly fee. It’s inconvenient for guest to park out front but I rather have that then not be able to find a spot. Grounds are well kept and clean, grass is mowed, no trash in the parking lot. Overall pretty good so far!”

“Cute apartment with a spacious layout and a super dog friendly community with friendly property staff. Located perfectly near Nashville & Gallatin. We've lived here 2 years now and it's ideal for us and our dog as we like to venture to Nashville and state parks but also like the quiet and close knit community that Hendersonville is.Because it's TN, there are wasps and spiders. But maintenance has always been great about coming by if we have a problem. Don was our fave and he will be greatly missed.”

“My husband and I just moved into our new apartment here at Hickory Run. I was a little nervous considering the amount of traumatic experiences we had at our old apartment. The whole process so far has been easy and on schedule. We didn't get to view our apartment until we moved in, but I was reassured the apartment would be in great condition. The manager was true to her word because the apartment is wonderful! I'm super impressed with how clean and renovated it looks. All of the extra fees are shown on the lease before you sign. The neighbors have been really friendly. It's a lovely location and very quiet. Personally, we would highly recommend Hickory Run. We finally feel like we have a home!”
