“I have never seen a 5 star review auto place before Valet Auto Tech but can confirm they are 5 stars for a reason!!!! I've had frustrating chronic issues with my van for a few months and this is the first place that has truly cared and showed concern in getting it fixed. They worked relentlessly and put in extra research as well, and always had it ready for me to drive home each day understanding that was very important for another job. Robert, the owner, is so down to earth that I didn’t even realize he was the owner until after a few days!- he is caring, compassionate, very knowledgeable, and HONEST. This is the first auto shop I have never had to question if my complete ignorance of cars was being taken advantage of in any way, in fact the complete opposite. He employs the same caliber as well which is important- I’m familiar with Christian now who was very communicative and great at keeping me in the loop, searching for the best deals for parts, etc… and I could tell the rest of the staff were caring as well in passing. Robert was even willing to help show me some things on my kids car (who they did not even work on), to teach and help us out of the kindness of his heart. I later found out this is where one of my coworkers family goes as well and LOVES them. I just can't speak highly enough about Robert or his shop in all directions. You can put your complete trust here and I will be highly recommending them to anyone who will listen lol!”

“Doug Smith (Doug Spec) at Eurospec did an alignment on my Porsche 911 Targa. He was professional, and clearly explained his findings and what he adjusted. The print-out that he provided showed a very accurate alignment, and he was incredibly quick and efficient. During the alignment, Doug corrected an off-center steering wheel and rapid tire wear on my left rear wheel. The car handles like a dream now. “Call me a happy customer! I had previously tried using an email tuner located near Nashville and finally just gave up on getting this kid to respond to emails. I went to Fastech and told them about everything I did to my '09 WRX, they said 'No problem' and actually had a cancellation for Monday and could probably fit me in.
