Called to check on prescription. Was told it would be ready in a couple hours. Drove from Eagleville(home) and waited in Line for 30min. Then was told my prescription for a non-schedule medication wasn’t due for another week and they couldn’t fill it? Why did I drive thirty minutes one way? For nothing? Why was I told they would get it ready then be told no? Very unprofessional and I will be moving my scripts somewhere else.

At least three times my wife and I have received notification that our prescriptions were ready only to find out, after the 20 minute drive to the store, that they were not. Then the last time they wouldn't let me pick it up a day early, which I understand, but when I went to get it they informed me that they had sold out the day before. Gave me a two day supply and necessitated yet another trip. I chose Kroger pharmacy because I grocery shop there and save fuel points; pharmacy fuel points are a joke: the maximum number for a prescription is 25 regardless of cost. I am in the process of changing health care providers and will probably rethink my pharmaceutical needs in due course.Update: managed to have our prescriptions, as advertised, no hassle and no extra trip. It was "4X Fuel Points Friday" so I got double fuel points. Go figure. So I doubled up on the star rating. That's two now, folks; I'm impressed, but not much.

I have shopped here several times, both online and for pickup. When picking up, these are some of the hardest working people I have ever seen. They are stretched thin and still doing a great job. Anytime I go inside, the people are the nicest you could ever meet. I don't just mean the employees, the customers, too! It is not strange for this store to have several fellow customers say hello to you, smile, bust out a joke, ask how you are, etc. I remember one time in particular that I went close to Christmas. At least four other shoppers wished me a Merry Christmas! If you are cynical, pushy, rude, or impatient, please do not shop here and kill this awesome vibe that this store has going for them. It is the closest thing I have found to feeling like a small hometown grocery store.

They did show “open at 8am” on this site this morning, then it changed after I left. I had to argue with them to pick up my wife’s thyroid medication! They claimed they were only doing Covid shots and I’d have to come back at 9am because it’s posted at the store!!! They work there, I Do Not !!! I never saw their signs about the special pharmacy conditions, I only go there as needed, not to look for signs. We live 20 minutes away and if they’re showing open online they should post their special conditions online too! Arguing is not enjoyable with anyone and customer service was not very Pleasent to deal with this morning. This also came about due to there is/was a problem between the Doctor’s and the pharmacy’s Communications and she was taking meds too strong (we already had) because over a week ago they said they would contact the Dr’s office and we never hear back from them. Finally after a week we called the Dr’s office and they called it in again! The good news, they did provide me with the correct scrip and this has been the only issue we’ve ever had with them, usually they’re great and friendly, improving their morning people skills would be a plus along with not expecting people to be up to date on “new” changes just because they posted it recently.

They're always on top of things. Thankfully they've gone back to normal hours.

Multiple times, I have had more than one doctors office transmit scripts via fax, only to be told at the pharmacy that they don’t have the fax. It happens too often for this to be true. They are not apologetic and their customer service and demeanor is subpar at best. We will be supporting our local pharmacies from here on out

Not only was I able to get my covid shot, but I got to come in a day early for my 2nd because they had a leftover shot. I like that they had a plan in place for extras and since I'm planning a trip, the earlier shot was really convenient. Thanks Kroger!

This is a small Kroger. They do have a gas station. I came here because it was the closest place I could get the COVID-19 vaccine. I was able to schedule my appointment online easily. There was a line already but they processed people quickly. I did some shopping during my 15 Minute waiting period. Here's to hoping I have no side effects!

Dirty shopping carts with leftover hand wipes and flyers. Also their so health conscious they stopped cleaning their shopping carts and baskets. Is it because their cheap? Or could just care less about customer safety

About a quarter of the employees here wear masks. Half of the ones who wear masks either have them pulled down to their necks or only wear them on their mouths with noses exposed. They don't require customers to wear masks, either, so it's a completely unsafe environment for people who are vulnerable or people who don't want to spread COVID. We tried ordering online for pickup, but we ended up with things we didn't order and things that were substituted when we specifically asked for no substitutions.

They are so rude and lie about cost.
