They're always on top of things. Thankfully they've gone back to normal hours.

Multiple times, I have had more than one doctors office transmit scripts via fax, only to be told at the pharmacy that they don’t have the fax. It happens too often for this to be true. They are not apologetic and their customer service and demeanor is subpar at best. We will be supporting our local pharmacies from here... read full comment

Not only was I able to get my covid shot, but I got to come in a day early for my 2nd because they had a leftover shot. I like that they had a plan in place for extras and since I'm planning a trip, the earlier shot was really convenient. Thanks Kroger!
