“I used the Lenoir City, TN location (#4526) for years that was located across the street in the same shopping center. The new location is not easily handicapped accessible as the other location was. The handicap access ramp is two or three doors down from their entrance door. Before there was handicap parking was in front and a ramp. This one is EXTREMELY difficult for those of us with a cane, walker or wheelchair when also trying to carry in a package. Hopefully something can be done about this. Thank You in advance.”
