“I used the Lenoir City, TN location (#4526) for years that was located across the street in the same shopping center. The new location is not easily handicapped accessible as the other location was. The handicap access ramp is two or three doors down from their entrance door. Before there was handicap parking was in front and a ramp. This one is EXTREMELY difficult for those of us with a cane, walker or wheelchair when also trying to carry in a package. Hopefully something can be done about this. Thank You in advance.”
“This is an excellent place for design services as well as for making copies. I called needing photos inserted into a document I had written. After discussing what I needed with Marissa, I emailed the document, and she inserted the photos, wrapping the copy around each photo. It looked great, and it really encouraged the reader to keep reading. Marissa was so knowledgable, and she was also very patient with my lack of technical skill. I would definitely recommend this business, and I will certainly use them again!”
