“I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Dr. Lebel was so patient and kind. I brought my cat in because she had an infection in her right eye. She hates going to the vet and she hasn’t been in two years because she is so aggressive at the other vet I use when she has an appointment. Not only did he treat her eye, she was able to get her vaccinations too without having to be sedated. Dr. Lebel even gave me his cell number in the event of an emergency, he would be willing to come in after hours to see my cat. The front desk staff and every person I encountered that worked there was so friendly. I will definitely be taking her back for annual visits.”

“I can't recommend them enough. Dr. Zinkus has been our vet for a few years, taking care of our 2 mini poodles, Berry and Barney. When Berry passed suddenly in late 2020, she helped us with making arrangements. Just recently, we had to say goodbye to our Barney, and we are extremely grateful to Dr. Mays and everyone in the clinic, who all were so wonderful and compassionate during that time.”

“I recently had to bring my dog, a 14 1/2 year old Blue Heeler, in for a splenectomy, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she received. From the initial diagnosis to the surgery and post-op care, the entire team was professional, compassionate, and thorough.
After the surgery, Sasha was understandably groggy when she got home, and as expected, she showed some discomfort, panting and vocalizing for the first two nights. However, it was comforting to see that she behaved exactly as outlined in the detailed post-op instructions, which reassured me that her recovery was on track. By the third day, she was noticeably more comfortable—she even barked and laid on her side, which she hadn't done since the surgery. Now, just four days post-op, she’s recovering incredibly well and no longer seems to need pain medication.
I’m grateful for the excellent surgical team that helped her through this process. Their clear communication, detailed instructions, and genuine care made all the difference during a stressful time. Thank you for taking such great care of her!”

I also come monthly for nail trims, and he's always taken well care of. “We have used Wolfchase for our animals for many years. They treat our animals like their own and take good care of them when we go on vacation. We have no worries. I would highly recommend them. Some people say they are a little pricey, but I want a "peace of mind" when I drop them off for any type of treatment. Try them - they are well worth those extra few pennies.”

“I recently brought my newest family member, Charlie, to see Dr. Heather White. Linda scheduled my appointment over the phone and was both kind and attentive to my needs. Upon arriving at the clinic, I filled out the necessary paperwork in a comfortable waiting area and was promptly taken to an exam room. Two technicians, Toby and a young woman whose name I unfortunately cannot recall, were extremely friendly and efficiently handled Charlie’s vaccinations. I also had him microchipped, a service I highly recommend to all pet owners.
Dr. White spent ample time with me, discussing Charlie’s health and conducting a thorough examination. She offered valuable advice and was empathetic to my concerns, ensuring I felt supported throughout the visit. I highly recommend Dr. White and had an overall positive experience with this clinic.”

“11/10 HIGHLY recommend. We moved from California to Mississippi in 2020 and one of the first things on my list was to establish with a vet clinic because my pets are my life. We had great experiences with VCA in California so we chose VCA Eads out here. I am so glad that we did! My pets have never received better care in their lives. Two of them visit monthly and the third, just twice a year and more often as needed because weird things always come up.
Dr. Tim, Dr. Sandy and Dr. Mikki are the smartest, kindest most thorough veterinarians I have ever met. I trust them 1000% They have been spot on with every diagnosis and issue that has come up and they help all 3 pets live their absolute best lives. I cannot stress enough, my pets are more important to me than anything in this world and these three veterinarians are absolutely fantastic.
Sadly, we recently lost one of our pups @callie_callifer to a likely lifelong, immune anemia. The staff were AMAZING at coordinating an immediate patient and records transfer to Memphis Veterinary Specialists. Their quick diagnostics and knowledge helped prevent her from suffering and we are so grateful.
We have a cat @radar_the_er_cat who has always struggled with vaccine reactions. Dr. Mikki crafted a plan to break up his vaccinations and it went so well! He bounced back quickly this time and is back to running up and down the hall in the middle of the night.
All of the client services ladies are just wonderful. Always kind, friendly and so helpful. The Vet techs and assistants are excellent. We have one VERY difficult dog @charlotte_the_cattledog and I cannot imagine trying to deal with a little gremlin of a cattle dog that is growling and barking at you. She had severe Parvo as a puppy and was poorly socialized. Everyone is always so kind and understanding and it just makes my heart happy that they are so kind to her anyway.
I just don’t have a single negative thing to say about VCA Eads. They are such an amazing group of people, every single one of them. I always have and will highly, highly recommend them to anyone who asks.
Lastly, are they expensive? Nope. Not at all. With routine visits, vaccinations, dentals, random illnesses, sports injuries, monthly medications, prescription diets, etc. all 4 pets have run below the average cost of owning four pets per year.”

“Dr. Brown and her assistant, Kavia, are so wonderful! We live out of state and started our immunotherapy testing and serum treatments for our middle aged dog almost a year ago and moved away. We continue to work remotely with Dr. Brown and Kavia via email and phone to arrange shipments to where we live. Immunotherapy is a long process to ensure success. Never had any issues with any of our serum shipments since they must be shipped 24 hour and remain chilled at refrigeration temperatures.
Continued care, support and teamwork with our primary vet.”
