“Very low key, relaxed environment. They really genuinely care about you and your pet/pets. I mean I had brought an old cat and dog of mine around 1998. That had been the last time I had been there. 25 years later, I find myself living in the Humes Heights area for a few years with two dogs. Cecil, our 100 lb. Catahoula had broke through our fence and split his real paw in two right between his toes, and a deep puncture would inside his back groin/leg. They were so booked up and not taking new patients at the time. I mentioned I had brought and old pet of mine , Bob, in 25 years ago, and Bingo! They still had him in their data system all this time later. Couldn't ask for a better Dr and team. They also won't gouge you like some of the other vets a couple streets North on Poplar. Highly recommended using them if you can get in.”

“I've been here twice - the first on a Sunday when my cats tooth broke and again this past week when she was suffering from severe constipation. Both times they were SO helpful and quick. I was in and out within an hour and the prices were reasonable. They did x-rays this last time to make sure there wasn't a blockage and they okayed the cost beforehand.The chat feature on their website is great! I was able to request medicine to pick up the same day.All in all, the staff and doctors at this location are top notch and I am so happy to have found them as a backup vet :)”

“These folks are amazing! If I could give them more than five stars I would and I have never written that in a review before. I was traveling with a newly adopted puppy and became incredibly scared and concerned when my brand new, not yet fully vaccinated puppy vomited in the car. I called in a panic and they immediately worked me in. Everyone on their team from the person who answered the phone, to the vet tech, to the veterinarian, was kind, friendly, reassuring, professional and knowledgeable. In addition to all of that, I was just waiting for the wallet biopsy that would come from an emergency weekend vet visit, but that never came - their prices were incredibly fair and reasonable. If you need a vet, I'd go here. I have never had a better veterinary experience.”
