“Great value generally very dependable. If there are not going to be any towels it would be nice to have a sign that says "Sorry, washing machine out" or something where you don't waste time trying to find someone to ask them where the towels are. Or out of the sprays. I try to keep an old towel in my floorboard just in case.”
“I had long known the fine Pashby family but just recently had the opportunity to bring a real problematic older car in to the shop. A car that had sat too long and had multiple issues.I found them to communicate well, assure that each step of the extensive needed work was approved, and they ultimately took care of everything. I know that Jason would be proud of how Candice has carried on the business after his untimely departure to Heaven. I think that ladies might well be nervous about bringing cars into shops sometimes, but they might feel better if they knew a wonderful lady owns and runs this one? They also loved on my dog, CrashtheLawDog. Anyway, I brought them a big problem and they came through for me. Now that restored car is going off to become a missionary kid’s very first car. Most tow companies run two hour wait times. These guys got to me in less then 20 mins. Which is unheard of with most tow companies. “Usually change my own oil but I've got a busy week ahead and decided to just swing through here this morning. Was a great experience and quality service all around. It wasn't very busy at all and the weather was nice so I'm sure that it's frustrating at times when customers show up and there is a long line, but the guys working today do a great job and didn't attempt to upsell me on anything and were knowledgeable and friendly. Brough my own drain plug because I knew mine was getting stripped and they went the extra mile to check for any oil leaks and answer my questions about what the area looked like after the visual inspection. Also heard them give some solid advice to a lady that got her oil change in a FIAT that had some serious mechanical issues.”

“Was thoroughly impressed with staff's knowledge and concern. Have custom wheels that require particular machinery to replace. This store while brand new was not given the proper machinery to handle the job, however they still went above and beyond and got the job done. Awesome job and quick but do recommend an appointment as it was monday at 8 am and while there 6 or 7 walk-ins arrived and the wait time increased to over 2 hours.”
“I see a lot of really bad reviews, i dunno if it's bad luck or what... these guys work hard, they're as friendly as you could hope for guys with corporate breathing down their necks, and have done good work for me every time. Got my oil changed last week, fast and right. Sent my son there this morning, he had 1 bald tire and his car was shaking bad. They basically saved the day, instead of taking advantage like some places would when they see a woman or a young person. Used to go to gateway 10 years ago, had a bad experience and been at this Walmart ever since.”
“I've ordered a tire yo have installed but went to the wrong Walmart lol.I also had an appointment that day with my mom.So we took the tire off n dropped it off hoping when we get back that the new tire would be installed.They gave me a price of 32 with tax included is what it would be when I returnHowever once returned they kindly explained the situation and told me that it was at the Walmart 38134 location because that was the one with my area code even though Austin Peay n Covington Pike was down the street.But I was okay with it and took it over to the Bartlett location.However when I arrived with my tire it was a different story.The clerk over there looked it up n found my tire but explained to me that they can't install it because I didn't bring the car with me and the ticket hea said was for the car to be there as well.I didn't understand the reason because Walmart at the other location didn't give me a hard time.So I tried to explain that to him and he interrupted me and said sir you're listening to me but I let him know I completely understand what he said and ask to speak with a manager.I explained to the service manager and he quickly explained to the clerk how to write the ticket out so it can be installed.He did an AMAZING JOB and even joked with me at the end.My day turned around for the better ?I got home n installed it and the rest is History.I don't won't to make an comparisons between the twobut if I did the 5 stars ✨️to Walmart on Covington Pike Austin Peay4 stars ? to Walmart in Bartlett 38134but only because I believe the clerk could've handled it betterbut I give that to maybe he's not as experienced yet but will get there.Also again hats off to the manager for his swift actions to defuse the situation ? ? he only gets 5 stars ?That also says another about the leadership skills that Walmart store has.”
