Getting thru to service was sometimes difficult as the phone hung up on calls.

Appointment was at 1:00 for an oil change, service was complete at 2. Waiting room was clean, had 2 TVs, and uncomfortable chairs. Had vending machines…no complementary drinks like coffee or tee only water.
