Moved here a few months ago and already loving this place. The maintainance team is quick to resolve the issue And the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend this place, where you get to live near downtown and UT.

Great apartment complex. I have lived here for more than a year and no complaints. Maintenance is top-tier location 10 out of 10 being in south knox and the units are spacious with a great sense of community.
