The variety of options ensures that you can find something for everyone, making it an ideal place for shopping with friends and family.I particularly appreciated the well-maintained and clean environment throughout the shopping center. It's clear that the management takes pride in keeping the common areas tidy and inviting. The landscaping and outdoor seating areas add to the overall appeal, creating a relaxing atmosphere to take a break and enjoy the surroundings.The ample parking available was also a plus. Finding a parking spot was hassle-free, which is not always the case in busy shopping centers. This convenience made my visit all the more enjoyable, as I didn't have to spend unnecessary time searching for parking.Another aspect that stood out was the presence of various dining options. After a morning of shopping, it was great to have a selection of restaurants and eateries to choose from for a delicious meal or a quick snack. The food court and dining areas were well-maintained, and the variety of cuisines available meant there was something to satisfy every palate.As for customer service, I found the staff in the stores to be friendly and helpful. “My family and I moved into Waterford Village in February and let me tell you they are amazing. The office staff is on top of everything. They are so helpful and really like their job. The maintenance men have had to replace a couple of things and they did all they could to make sure we were comfortable and not waiting long. I owned my home for over 15 years and only lived in one other apartment before moving here and I’m so happy I chose here. I can’t tell you what other apartments are like but I can tell you the staff at Waterford Village treat you like family and do all they can to make our apartments look good and take care of any issues that arise.”

“I moved here in March of 2023. I have loved every second living here for the past several months. The staff are very kind and help out with any accommodations possible. The grounds are clean. People having to clean up after their dog is enforced. The maintenance respond very quickly. The pool is lovely. My dog feels very welcome here as if the grounds are all his. The neighbors you have cannot be controlled, but most of any problematic neighbor problems gets solved by the staff. There are also little cherry on tops too such as: my daughter goes in to the club house every day afterschool and the staff have a snack room for her to get a snack; there is a dog bath; there is a car wash; there are gates! I would recommend anyone live here that likes living in peace and being well accommodated.”

“Quarry Trails has a really great layout of how the apartments are set up, The gym is very nice and well kept up. The Location of the apartments is perfect, your next to all the wonderful food that is around this area! please check these apartments out! you won't be disappointed!!!”

“I love living here! The apartments are clean and very easy to personalize which is hard to find in student housing. The commute to class is great considering it's just a few blocks away. The community is great and I'm very happy with the staff here!”

“Affordable Moves Inc. just moved us from Illinois to Loudon County Tennessee and we are very pleased with the service we got from them. Communication was excellent and they arrived at both origin and destination exactly as promised. Pricing was also excellent and we had no damage at all. The crew was polite and accommodating and got in and out quickly. The best compliment I can give them is to say that I'd gladly use them again!”

“Like everywhere else on the planet, it's got pros and cons. It's really close to campus, the rent isn't just a complete scam, and generally the place is clean. The cons aren't great though -- it's an old building so the water gets shut off often for repairs, the heating system doesn't always work well, and when I moved in my unit wasn't cleaned even a little bit. Despite all that though, it's obvious the people working there care about being present for when problems arise (we got our carpet replaced completely free of charge after moving in due to it smelling like mold) and the maintenance guys are always kind and work hard. The place is what you make of it, and if you need a decent apartment for college in Knoxville I can recommend it.”

“I lived here years ago and I hope to come back very soon! I remember it being quiet, clean and a safe place to live. My neighbors were nice and the staff was equally as nice. I never had any issues.”

“The Slate at 901 is definitely one of the best apartments on the strip. It is always extremely clean, safe and secure, relatively quiet, and the units are nice. If anything is ever broken the maintenance team is awesome, they're super nice, and very prompt in repair. There are lots of cameras and it is nearly impossible to gain entry without a key or someone scanning you in. The amenities are super nice such as the gym, study room, and lounge. Theres a vending machine with which is convenient as well. The staff really put in an effort to make the apartment more of a community like feel. With just above 50 units, you will for sure see some familiar faces in the elevators and hallways. My only complaints are the hot tub terrace that is continuously put off repairing each year, it's a pretty bad eye sore, given that its my direct view from my room. The parking situation is another one of my complaints as they continue to raise the price each year(195$/month for a single spot in 2024). Most of the walls are also pretty thin so you just got to keep in mind that the people below your unit can hear you walking around. Overall, the Slate is easily the best ran apartment on Cumberland. If you are a parent reading this, I highly suggest this apartment over any of the competitors. I will be releasing again as I have very few complaints except the price(which is on par with everywhere else unfortunately nowadays). Slate at 901 team- thank you for your hard work and I look forward to the future.(Please fix the hot tub/update residents more on whats going on with it)”

“This community is a wonderful place to call home, I don't understand the negative reviews, please don't go by them if you are considering becoming a resident.In my opinion, in Knoxville, this is a great place to live. It's in the city, but walking around the grounds, it doesn't feel like it. Everyone is so friendly and the views from the balcony are very nice. At night you can fall asleep to the sound of frogs in the distance and in the morning you wake up to the sound of birds.If you are a dog lover this place is for you, I don't think I have seen a larger dog park in a community before. When it comes time to clean your fur baby, they even have an indoor dog spa. It even makes me consider rescuing one from the nearest shelter.There's a great pool, tennis court, laundry facility, bbq grills and fitness center. All are very nice and clean just like the rest of the grounds.The community manager Diona Ray is a pleasure to deal with and any issues I have had, got handled within a day of me submitting them.The Maintenance techs, Alan and Chuck are great guys, the issues I have experienced have been fixed quickly and even when they couldn't fix it on the spot, they knocked on my door and updated me daily on when the issue would be fixed.All in all, this is a hidden gem in Knoxville and I'm very happy to call myself a resident.”
