It is an interesting store that has a little bit of everything, plus, theoretically, one can buy a tractor. Every trip is an adventure because you never know what you will find. The business prides itself on providing Every Day Low Prices, noting items like gas cans for much less than competitors. They aim to be the industry leader in product knowledge and customer service. Staff is often described as friendly. However, experiences with service can be mixed. Some customers report a nightmare trying to reach the mechanic by phone, with calls never answered, while others later report extremely happy experiences with quick turnaround and warranty service once contact is made. Similarly, customer service responsiveness can vary, with some calls about issues like unsatisfactory birdseed going unanswered. Checkout lines are sometimes slow. Love this place. It's a WalMart sized Tractor Supply with Aldi's pricing and their people go above and beyond to help. There are chicks and bunnies too.

Bought some grass seed and some fertilizer at a reasonable price, but one thing that always surprises me about this place is how grungy it is. The parking lot is always covered in litter; cans, fast food wrappers. It seems they never sweep the lot. They just wait for a storm or high winds and hope that everything blows... read full comment
