Associates were very helpful. Went out of their way to provide excellent service.

Short staffed most of the time, unfortunately . But mostly a great staff and a well ran store.

The people are what makes this store special. Friendly and knowledgeable, always looking to help; not what you normally get at a big box store. It doesn't hurt that Lowes honors vets, too.
