It was a button mistake. I have always had great customers service here and the staff was eager to help when I had an issue.

I was really amazed at the attention I received from Jacob! He was able to answer my questions and assist me with getting my phone number transferred. He did all of this for me with a great attitude. He even was attentive to my daughter with her questions about cell phone availability.THANK YOU SO MUCH JACOB AND CRICKET!!!
