They didn't have anyone at the time currently doing oil changes but thankfully Patrick heard my concern, stepped up to the plate, and helped me out big-time getting the oil changed and ready to go in no time. “THIS GUY IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Johnathan came out to my rescue when my car broke down on 75n near exit 76. He knew the back roads to find me. I was looking for him to pull up behind and he back his truck down the exit to me. He Did not take advantage of my situation. And took the whole day to fix my car after there were additional problems, so we could get back to Ohio. I am a mechanical inclined woman and he didn't say anything that wasn't true about my car to get more money. Him and his team are very passionate and dedicated and it shows. I love them for what they did for three stranded females. Yes yes yes”

“I’ve had some really good experiences with James Towing. I find that they are responsive and easy to work with. My calls have been answered promptly and they have provided professional and courteous service. During the recent severe weather it was still not hard to get what I needed in a time frame that worked for me. As busy as they’ve been over the last few days, when they arrived they got the work I needed done and even took time to answer some questions about one of my other vehicles. It’s never cheap to get this type of work done but I believe that they were fair about the cost and they surely earned the money with quality service.
