“I experienced sidewall damage yesterday and was forced to stop on an incline at a local gas station near my workplace. I was going back and forth between my car and Walmart in an attempt to get a new tire which was exhausting mentally. But then I discovered that due to the incline, I wasn't able to get my jack up under my car properly. It was an exhausting and terrible day. Phillip was kind enough to stop by. Even though I didn't have a huge truck, he was giving me pointers and things to look out for if something like this happens next time, and he was done within 30 minutes after being out there for more than 8 hours. I can't thank him enough for stopping to help me. Thank you again Phillip :)”
