“I had an issue with an item that I purchased recently at Ross in Kingsport TN. I was not very happy so I contacted CS regarding said issue on their website. Within 10 mins I received a call back from customer service and my issue was resolved wonderfully and in a timely manner. Thank you Ross for such great Customer service!!!”

“The store is SMALL! Also they haven’t even updated to the QR code system yet.On the flip they take items until 5pm. Very particular and picky with what they take but I guess that makes for a better experience as a shopper not a seller.Overall good customer service, the girls were kind and quick. Store was organized and holiday-spirited.”

“Shopping here is SO fun! They have a little of everything-- clothes for all ages, shoes, toys, decor, random stuff. They have nice spacious fitting rooms, bathrooms, and a changing table. If you bring in stuff to trade, they are super quick to look at it!”
